Reporting Package Descriptions
The SELF-SERVICE option provides a user license to our online software. We understand no one really wants to do this themselves, so phone and email support is provided for general software questions with a standard priority level. Expect a response within 24 hours of your support request. **This package is only available to companies with a Single EIN. Companies with Union Employees or Aggregated companies with multiple EINs to report must select Done With You (Enhanced) or Done For You (True Full Service) to accomodate the complexity of the reporting.
The ENHANCED package option is a welcome upgrade giving users direct access to an account manager and our software platform. This means professional assistance setting up your account including benefit plan and data consulting during an initial discovery call. With access to a name and not just a number, phone and email support is elevated to preferred priority. Response times are generally same day depending upon total call volume.
Our TRUE FULL SERVICE option is our most popular package. Our team will do as much of the heavy lifting as possible in terms of data assistance and form creation. In addition to a senior level account manager, we assign a data tech specialist to extract and manipulate data from user supplied employee reports to fully populate your account. To assist us in helping you, please note users are required to provide payroll and medical enrollment reports containing usable employee data that meets our minimum requirements.
