Procedure

1. On Chrome:
   1. On the browser, go to Settings.
   2. Click Privacy & security from the left navigation.
   3. Under Privacy & security, click Clear browsing data.
   4. Select Cached images and files.
   5. Click Clear browsing data.
   6. Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
2. On Mozilla FireFox:
   1. On the browser, go to Settings.
   2. Click Privacy & Security from the left navigation.
   3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
   4. Click Clear Data.
   5. Select Cached Web Content Checkbox.
   6. Click Clear.
   7. Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
3. On Microsoft Edge
   1. On the browser, go to Settings.
   2. Click Privacy, Search and Services from the left navigation.
   3. Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data Now.
   4. Select Cached Images and Files Checkbox.
   5. Click Clear Now.
   6. Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
