Clearing the Browser Cache
Procedure
- On Chrome:
- On the browser, go to Settings.
- Click Privacy & security from the left navigation.
- Under Privacy & security, click Clear browsing data.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
- On Mozilla FireFox:
- On the browser, go to Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security from the left navigation.
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear Data.
- Select Cached Web Content Checkbox.
- Click Clear.
- Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
- On Microsoft Edge
- On the browser, go to Settings.
- Click Privacy, Search and Services from the left navigation.
- Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data Now.
- Select Cached Images and Files Checkbox.
- Click Clear Now.
- Return to the software screen and Reload the page.
